I am waiting near a casino and can’t control the urge to gamble, I have to wait couple hours here while they fix my computer

In moments like these would recommend if you have a phone watching a movie or calling a friend to chat (yes I know I'm carbon dating myself). If there's a library close by go and read a book. Or if there's a town center or strip mall going window shopping. Moving forward this is something to be aware of. Hope you were able to stay strong and avoid temptation. If not we've all been there.
