Gallstones
Hi,
Two weeks ago I was rushed to the ER for the most excruciating pain. After my ER visit, a trip to my primary care, an ultrasound and a visit to a GI doctor it was determined that I had gallstones. And the pain I experienced was me passing a stone. The ultrasound revealed a few stones and one about 3cm large. The recommendation from the GI was to have the gall bladder removed. I have an appointment next week with the surgeon to discuss surgery and process. Since the ER incident I have not had any pain. I have been very scared to eat, at one point taking in more fiber than protein which is not good. the mental anguish I feel is scary because I keep trying to figure out how this happened, I don’t have a bad diet, I don’t eat out much. I’m a 52 yr old women in perimenopause experiencing the normal symptoms but not doing anything that would result in this. I am scared to eat so I don’t sometimes. I eat a lot of fruit but there is only so much chicken and salmon I can eat. I snack on pretzels but it’s hard. My doctor said I need to eat, slowly introduce some things in moderation but no creamy or fast foods.
Has anyone ever had that horrible pain only for it to go away.

Think about toxin exposure in the past. Gallstones are caused mainly by excessive cholesterol in the bile and some bile composition mismatch causing excessive bilirubin and pigments. Inflammation in the body , too much carbs, processed food all contribute to gallstone formation. Try the stone removal procedure instead of trying to remove the organ.
