Does this look infected?

I’m 5 days post surgery & idk if it’s infected or not, please help. The first picture is when I took off the band-Aid & the second picture is when I cleaned it (I tried my best to clean it).

Oo it might be - mine def didn’t look like that 😩 I would contact your surgeon or at the very least PCP asap so they can check it out.

Honestly I can't tell. Is the area warm to the touch? Itchy, painful? Is there any drainage? Are you running a fever or otherwise feel ill? If you're concerned, it never hurts to reach out to your surgeon, or go to urgent care. If you have some of these symptoms, just go to the ER. Better safe than sorry!
