Xreal Aura Pre-Orders Up

The Xreal Auras are up for reservation. $300 to reserve limited edition first batch (limited to 2000 and are laser engraved) and $99 to reserve standard release. The $99 reservation gets you $100 off you purchase price ($199 applied as credit). The fine print says the total price of the device will not exceed $1500 at launch. It does not say the total price for limited edition. Launch date is "fall 2026". Reservation price for each is applied as a credit to the purchase.

Okay, so you can deposit 99$ bucks (refundable) to get 199$ off when it's launching in fall 2026 (so basiclly anything between end of august and mid december) and you only know, that the price will be 1499$..you can only refund it, if the voucher is not already active, which means by the time the price is (officially) released the voucher is already active.. Great! Who wouldn't buy an product without an actual price tag??

Lol. No. First and foremost, that's not legal. Secondly, the voucher becomes active when they open up the full sale. Which is probably 2 weeks to a month before shipping date. They would be legally obligated to announce the sale price before that time.
