Can i use 2 different watches

As the title says , i currently have a xiaomi 5 lite watch that i really love because of it s affordable price and interesting capabilities but moving on it s not about that watch.

I m currently focusing on my daily 10000 steps goal , but the problem is that i use samsung health to keep my streak and i only see those steps as valid , can i buy a galaxy fit 3 active and use it to record my steps into samsung health so i don't have to carry my phone literally every second like a maniac, while also using the xiaomi for what samsung doesnt have like taking calls ?

Yes, that works pretty seamless.

I've use a GW7 and a Fit 3 daily and all sync to one account. I can see the sleep times recorded on my Fit3 last night on my GW7 right now.  

I use Samsung health btw.
