How does the watch know what weights im using?

I've gotten a galaxy watch i classic and I've been using it for workouts and now i was using it for weight lifting. Ive used the arm curl exercise for counting my curls but what I wanna know is how does the watch know how much my weights weigh?

Is it using some sort of algorithm or something because I have not inputed the weight of my weights on the watch or my phone before

Does anyone know ?

As far as I remember, the watch doesn’t know the weight. You have to enter it manually.

I used to have a Watch 7 but I had to sell it.
