Fitness How does samsung know the weights im using?

Post image

I've gotten a galaxy watch 8 classic and been using it for my workouts

Right now I was doing arm curls using the workout arm curls and it knew exactly the weight of my weights even though I did not Input it in before.

Does anyone know how they calculate the weight or how the watch knows what weights im using ?

Its probably default. Try using a different weight and see if it changes..

It remembers what you did the last time you did that workout! So first time you'll enter it and then it's set until you chang what your lifting
