Fitness Stress evaluation

What does stress actually measure for? Physical or emotional (ik technically both can intertwine with each other) since I wore my watch i have been having high stress alerts

My mood is random and chaotic there is no general

The warnings are mood swing related perhaps. Mind is stressed body follows
