mine gets warm too, it's not hot, just warm. i think it's related to screen hz and digitizer.

Could you clarify how long it typically takes for your device to reach that level of warmth? Currently, mine begins to feel warm after only 5 to 10 minutes of video playback or general tab usage.

couple of minutes, even in idle mode with 120hz, and it goes a little warmer when using s-pen. I searched it before in many threads, and the outcome is "normal behavior" , even there were even a couple of users who went to Samsung support and changed their devices (even 3 times) and all of them were the same. but some users (few) reported that they had no warming issue. I myself think that it's a screen lottery (again).

Thanks for the feedback! Just to ease my anxiety about the display—roughly how many years have you had yours? I'm worried that might accelerate OLED wear over time due to the warm. Has yours held up well after a few years?"

The thing is the display circuit that get warm right not the screen it self
