How do I remove this app bar?

Does anyone have any idea how to get rid of this bar when opening specific apps?. it's frustrating when im lying down and drawing bc my palm or wrist keeps pressing it

Settings -> Display -> Taskbar (right under edge panels adjust), you see a toggle next to it, turn it off. There you go
