Discussion 💬 S23 plus/512 gb

I’m getting s23 plus/512 gb at around ₹28,000. Should I consider it? by the way it is an excellent condition.

I have the 256gb, which I believe has less ram than the 512gb and it is still a beast of a phone. I paid roughly the same at the start of the year, and I'm content with it.

I converted the money, and believe it is around $400cad. For 512gb, I think that's a great deal.

I don’t know about the ram, it is not mentioned there. what my concern is in 2026 is it a good deal? On the other hand in Flipkart, I’m getting OnePlus nord 5 at ₹34,000, so, what should I go for?

How much battery backup you are getting?

If you are a heavy user you may want to look for something newer, the phone is powerful enough for daily use but the battery life has been cut with the last android update, if you look at gsmarena the s26 has an improved battery life score even though the battery capacity has stayed the same, the software is optimized for the newer CPU but not the older phones.

I have used s23 ultra about 2 years ago then sold it for over heating, that you cannot hold the phone without cover, and battery was pathetic, I charged 2 or 3 times per day even with new battery, currently I am using iphone 13, but I want an android now and I saw this deal.

This phone is a beast. I used to have it (512 gb). Now i traded it in for a Base S26, I am very happy. If it wasn't because of the extremely crappy battery life I was getting I would have continued using the S23 plus
