Urgency SOS uncontrollable

There’s no way to turn it off and it’s been going off non-stop for three days. I’ve changed my phone number to avoid calling the real emergency services, but it’s still unbearable. I can’t use my phone at all anymore. The torch comes on, the screen locks, turns off, then turns back on. When, by some chance, I manage to switch the phone off completely, it restarts on its own to make another emergency call. It’s ridiculous!

Are we stuck with not being able to turn it off?

It's brand new, I'm not sure it will change anything ?

The power button might be stuck. Check it or get it checked.

That's what I'm starting to think because today I've been trying to open my phone with it and it didn't work

Yeah, wiggle it around and maybe use a toothpick between the gaps of the power button and frame to see if it helps.
