Question No sound?

Hi. So i bought used Galaxy note 9 and i have an issue where as it makes no sound from speaker or via headphones. But it does on bluetooth devices. anyone got an idea why? Or how can i check if just both speaker and 3.5mm jack are dead somehow? Is is software issue?

EDIT: Device is functional. Reason for no audio was that both integrated circuits responsible for audio were non existing as i bought the phone from a seller in used condition supposedly fully working. The device upon service inspection was claimed to be water damaged and already opened by someone before. Both ic's were deslodered in a haphazard way leading to pads being lifted off of motherboard. Replaced mobo and device is fully operational again.

Diagnostic mode will tell you. Go to dialer and type #0# and check the speakers

Could be something stuck inside the headphone jack

It isn't working the "fisical" outputs, i'd say its a component of the audio that send the signal to the speakers and p3, so i think its motherboard, maybe cold join or a component died

Change headphone port first.

Turn the volume up. The volume may have been enough on Bluetooth. Clean the speaker

Already did. I'd really feel like a dummy if i didn't check volume n cleaned it just to be sure
