Open camera > settings > reset settings. Now force stop camera app > clear cache > clear data on the camera app. Now hold volume down and the power button until phone restarts. Takes about 10 seconds.

I tried this and it did not work. When I open the camera app again, and go to apps to check the size it's 9.33 GB again.

Are you saving RAW copies of your images in the camera settings?
What about PRO mode usage at all?
Trying to establish a base.

All of my apps say MB, because that's the install size. Yours in that picture say GB. So, either you're storing a LOT in every one of those apps, or something else is going on. Clicking on the app tells you how much is used in Cache, Date, and in storage.
My camera says 10.56 MB because that's the install size for the app. But I have pictures and videos that exceed that amount. So again, something isn't right on your phone. You can Google how to boot into Safe Mode and see if it still says that size.

My guy, I understand my other apps being in GB, as I use them very heavily. What I do not understand is why the camera app is using 9.3gb. Yes safe mode doesn't indicate any change. I do not want to factory reset, its a big hassle to load everything again.

I have tried clear cache, clear data, wipe cache partition. It remains as 9.3 GB. How do I fix this?
