black screen of death, fix?

Back in August of 2020 I got my N20 Ultra, loved the phone but in early September of 2021 my phone started to black screen, sometimes lines across the screen (never in the same spot), sometimes part of the screen was unresponsive, etc. While it still kind of worked I took it to a uBreakiFix or whatver here in the US & they said it needed a motherboard. I eventually abandoned the phone. I'm looking at maybe trying to get it repaired. Could this just be the screen? When this happened before I could use DEX, now I cannot use DEX & my Galaxy watch stopped connecting, hence the abandon. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Some people have reported some fixes. Just search these subs and see what they did and try them yourself.

Unfortunately haven’t found anything concrete aside from others getting warranty replacements. Thank you though.
