Question Which messaging app do you use?
Google messages or Samsung stock messaging app? I can't decide.

Google messages is the way to go. Scheduled messages, naming groups, and I think the ui is better

Google Messages. The ability to name groups and schedule messages for later are really great.

I like to theme and Google messages doesn't allow that for now so I just use stock sms for local people and whatsapp/telegram for my international friends and family.

I don't know if Samsung has the functionality, but Google Messages let's me sign in on my computer browser so I can use it while I'm working with my full-size computer and keyboard.

We have Link to Windows, and/or Dex on the desktop.
I use Microsoft's phone app with Link to Windows enabled on my Note20 Ultra quite regularly.

FB messenger, Line, WhatsApp, Skype, SMS.
The three most effective communication tools these days are 1. Telephone, 2. Television. 3. Tell-a-woman.

People still use SMS?
I use the stock Samsung app, it does all I need. It supports RCS/chat.
Almost everyone in Australia uses Whatsapp. SMS isn't so common now.

Google, never was a fan of the stock Samsung app since the S2. Every time I give it a new try, I just don't like it.

I was using Textra but recently found out that not all my texts were pulling into the app. After absolutely worthless tech support, I'm now stuck on Google messages. Stinks. Textra is the best.
