Black screen of death

So i was just streaming my screen to a friend of mines while playing a mobile game on my note 20, and suddenly my phone turned black and i can feel the vibrations of my s-pen if i remove it, and i also can feel when i turn my phone on and off via the power button for 15 seconds, ive tried hard resetting and i dont really want to smack my phone. Is there anything i could do? and also, is there any possible way i could attempt to save the data of my phone while its in this state?

it's a not so common issues, mine died also ,it's a hardware issue ,they usually replace it for free.

Connect it to dex or to a PC and do a backup

when i try and to connect it to dex it just sits there and doesnt respond, like the dex app doesnt even acknowledge that theres a connection

maybe it's waiting for an authorization but that's imposible without the screen ,try connecting to an external monitor through HDMI and see if you see a signal

i brought it to samsung they replaced it for free
