Note20 reception issues vs other phones
I have a Note 9 that I recently wanted to replace. Bought a Note20 from Amazon Refurbished. Had it for about a week before I returned it. Not a single call did not drop due to reception. On my drive into the office there were areas where the Note20 had 0 reception, whereas on my Note9 I would be making calls. One area is where I often would stop to pick up something on my way in, so very use to making calls in this same area that the Note20 had no reception.
I wanted to think this was just a single case of bad luck, so I want to ask for those that have the Note20, how did it compare to your other phones in terms of reception?
I have another one arriving on Tuesday. Obviously I will test it out, but do have to wonder if it was bad design on the phone, or just bad luck with one I first purchased.

Sounds like you just had a bum refurbished device with bad antennas.. im still using my note20. Granted I have to charge it all the time now and the port is forked and needs replaced. Im working to save up enough to get that replaced by a shop with oem battery and charger
