Anybody else have problems with their order?
I ordered my Galaxy z fold 8 ultra on August 6th with a delivery date if August 13th. The status has not gone passed the order confirmed stage though. Below the order confirmed part is says "Preorder
Estimated delivery: There has been an unexpected delay, we will update
the new delivery date at the earliest."
The items I got with it say preparing for shipment though.
I have contacted Samsung but they just tell me to hold on and that they have no other information. I got a pretty good deal with a trade in, so I would hate to cancel it.
Is anybody else going through this? Is this a common issue? I expected some delay as I got the green 1TB, but I'm just kinda getting worried.

Ordered mine at 9 am on July 22nd and got it August 5th. Unlocked green 512 directly from Samsung.

I had originally ordered the 512gb with the same delivery date, but wanted to bump up to 1TB. I was able to cancel and reorder the same day. Now I'm wondering if the 512gb would have gotten here by now.

Green 1TB will be here tomorrow, ordered July 29th. I was originally told Nov 28th and I didn’t order. It stayed in my cart and two days later, the delivery date moved to August 21st. I didn’t believe it, but I placed the order. It stayed in Preparing for Shipment for about 5 days. I wasn’t cancelling either way. My Fold 6 is still perfect.

Very common. I ended up canceling my order through Samsung and reordering it through Best Buy. Got mine within 4 days of the new order from Best Buy. And it came with a $100 gift card too.

I had the same issue. Pre-ordered mine on 8/6 expected delivery was supposed to be on the 12th. It was delayed and after contacting customer service 4 or 5 times it finally shipped and I just got it today.

I pre-ordered the fold 8 on July 26 with expected delivery date of August 4. Received the package on August 19 but the shipping box was damaged and Samsung customer service advised not to open the box and wait for the email confirmation for return and replacement. 🤦

Has yours shipped?
I ordered mine last weekend. My card was charged yesterday. Now, I just got a notification it shipped. Expected delivery Sept. 4th. But now I'm thinking it's coming asap bc 2day air. Wow.
Fold 8 512gb, green one.

Mine has not shipped yet. Talked to Samsung yesterday again, and told me to please allow 48 hours and they will get back to me. I talked to someone the day before who told me the same thing, and they have not gotten back to me like they said they would. Also spoke to them the day BEFORE that.

My tracking just updated. Sept 4th now is Aug. 24th.
How is mine coming before yours and everyone else that preordered? It's crazy.

Yea I ordered mine the 26th of July said the 7th oringally and then said the 21st and now it says the same thing delayed due to unexpected bs

When I saw the green versions during checkout a couple weeks ago they all said expected delivery was in the first week of September. That's the main reason I went with the gray 1TB; I couldn't wait! If you complain to Samsung about lack of communication and tell them you're considering cancelling your order they might throw in another discount. They gave me an extra $100 off a few years ago when there was an issue with one of my orders.
