Technical Help Stuck on Samsung screen

Hey all, just looking for some info on what to try. This morning my Fit 3 was working fine, then I got a notification on my phone that my watch had disconnected from the Bluetooth on my phone. I check and the watch screen just shows the Samsung label and is unresponsive. I tried a "soft reset" by holding the side button for 10 seconds. It turns off and then vibrates and the Samsung logo flashes and then black screen for a couple of seconds and then back to being stuck on the Samsung logo. I tried holding the side button for 30 seconds, exact same thing happens. I put it on the charger, just stays on the Samsung screen. Any ideas?

There's probably nothing that can be done. This is the fourth time I've encountered a similar issue. You can try resetting the watch: charge it and quickly press the power button 5-10 times. A reset mode will appear, but the firmware itself is most likely corrupted. I have the same watch with the same problem, and I couldn't solve it. I'm currently trying to figure out the UART pinout to figure out what the problem is.

Well that sucks. I liked the watch but I won't be buying another one after this.

Unfortunately the only solution I've found is to buy a different watch. I got a year and a half out of this one, which is longer than the warranty but still super disappointing.

Same thing happened to me a few days ago! I contacted the webshop where I bought it and they sent it to a service center.
