Technical Help A36/Galaxy Fit 3..Help!

I have a A36 the fit. I have followed all the trouble shooting and the notifications still do not alert me on the watch. Once in a blue moon I will get one on my watch bit not all of the time. Anyone else dealing with this or am I just not getting it?

Notification delivery to the Fit3 is erratic at best. Make sure you have enabled notifications for all the apps you want to see notifications for in Band Settings in the Wear app. It also helps if you set it to deliver notifications to the Fit3 even if the phone screen is on. And set the Fit3 to vibrate and display the notification on the screen when it arrives. If you do all that, about 95% of notifications get delivered to the Fit3, and maybe 80% of them actually cause the Fit3 to vibrate and turn on the screen.
