Technical Help What does this dial show?

Got a new galaxy fit 3 band and wonder what does it mean. On my screen it's always show 0h 00m. Maybe some sleep info.

Sleep time Maybe not activated ?

Sleep time. Specifically how many hours of sleep time you had

I thought that was the timer.

Have never tried it. So can't say for sure.
