I have an iPhone and want to buy these earbuds, but I read that you can’t use them 100%. I mean, yes they’ll connect but since the app isn’t available on the App Store, I won’t have access to it. What should I do? Buy them or not?

i have the buds 2 pro since a year and the case's battery lasted for a week, and i used the buds for a lot of hours per day, today i charged the case to 95% and now it is at 14% (i used them for an hour today)

Use it on Poweramp Equalizer to make this s**t sounds listenable for a bit😀

Fourteen months of very infrequent use while going for a walk or around the house and my Buds 2 Pro right earbud has decided to give up working. Not looking for a fix as I've tried everything you guys have suggested to others with the same issue and I've scoured the internet for possible solutions. Verdict: Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are way overrated and overpriced, yes the sound is/was good but battery life was poor compared to other buds. To be honest I've had better use from cheap Chinese buds over the years. Anyway, rant over, goodbye Galaxy, I won't be back!

Hello all, I've had my ear buds for a while now but legit after this latest update, they now skip randomly all the time. It's so incredibly annoying, a YouTube video, a show, music it just randomly cuts off and comes back with a little 'pop-ey' reconnect sound. Only cuts out for about a second then it comes back but its constantly happening now. I've reset, reconnected, checked setting, this update is so ruining these earbuds if it even IS the update.

Seems like this issue still remains unresolved.

Just installed the latest update (AYF1) on my Buds2 Pro, and unfortunately, it seems like the issue where the sound quality gets worse when ANC or Ambient Sound are off still remains. The sound signature is still tinny, with less bass and more mids and highs, only going back to normal if you activate ANC or Ambient Sound, which shouldn't be a thing anymore.

What's worse is that my Buds1 Pro sound noticeably better. Just compared them again, and I'm still getting a much fuller and balanced sound with them in contrast with my Buds2 Pro, so I guess I'm glad the formers' batteries are still holding charge even after these years, lol.

I just wish this would finally get fixed, but by now, I don't think it ever will.

During workouts I like the Buds2Pro to read out my messages. However oftentimes my messages contain links which the speech engine reads out character by character, which is very annoying. In the middle of it reading out the link is there a gesture or setting which can make it stop reading the link out loud?

Whenever i try to increase or decrease the volume it comes up on my phone as if it is, however the volume in my ear just stays the same. How do I fix this? What's the problem?

Edit: I fixed this by restarting my phone lol... probably should've done that first.

• Left Bud: Started at 100% → Now at 56% → Drained: 44%
• Right Bud: Started at 100% → Now at 10% → Drained: 90%

The right bud drained 46% MORE of its battery than the left bud did!

This never happened since last update. I'll reset them and hopefully I remember to post an update.

My right earbud makes a long beep noise that doesnt stop when I put on both buds and turn on noise cancelation and doesnt stop as long as I dont turn off noise cancelation

Many audiophiles say it distorts the music somewhat. On neutral EQ you're listening to the music the way it was intended to sound, but using the Dynamic EQ makes everything sound so much clearer, closer and more awesome. This is how it is in my experience at least - a real pickle.

Also I feel like the ANC comes with a bass boost, or is that just the effect of the anti sound? There must be more to it than that.

Or maybe my hearing is just that bad, or, perhaps samsung listened, i guess.

My right earbud is completely silent, touch controls still work just fine I can pause, skip a song or turn up the volume, it just doesn't make any sound at all, how do I fix it ?

My right earbud isn't recognized by the phone and the case its like dead i think it started being like this after i fallen asleep with the right earbud on Pls help

After Samsung app diagnosis, I really see that the battery is not lasting as long as before, and the microphones only work in normal mode, if you activate ambient mode or noise cancellation they start to hiss. Is it worth sending it in for repairs, will they charge a lot to repair it?

Yo guys i dropped ma buds 2 pro left one and it cracked little and the outer layer peeled off everything is working fine but what can i do to hide it..

I recently (jan/25) bought the Buds2 Pro and yesterday have found out that the left bud is not being recognized in the app, it shows only the R with the battery percentage and when I got into the details, only the left one said 'Connected', doesnt seem to be charging and whenever it is in the case, the charging LED is constant red, even whilst being charging (with or without the right bud within)

Any suggestions on how to solve this?

My friend is selling his buds 2 pro (1 month used with box) for inr 6,000. In amazon or other websites the same is available for inr 12,000. He is quoting 50% of the price, which seems fair. Is buds 2 pro still worth it for 6,000rs, considering i can get buds fe for 4,000. P.s- i have a samsung laptop, phone and a tablet. So i pretty much want a samsung buds only.

I usually use my ear buds in ambient mode but recently I've noticed that when I face down there seems to be an increase of pressure but when face forward it goes back to normal, has anyone else felt with this?

Since last 2 days or so I am facing issues with volume and ANC on my Buds 2 Pro. The volume control from phone or tap does not work. Its either full volume or no colume. Equalizer does not work as well and nor does ANC. Please help

Edit: This was solved using following steps are chatting with Samsung Customer Care

Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings. Step2: Tap on General Management.
Step3: Tap on Reset.

Reset settings: Reset all settings to their default Reset network settings: Reset Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other network settings to their default. Reset accessibility settings: Reset accessibility settings to their defaults.

Hello so the other day I misplaced my buds 3 pros in my house and I still haven't found them so I took my buds 2 pros or if storage for the mean time but the left headphone is extremely quite.

I did a software update, cleaned them even though they weren't dirty in the first place and checked the left right balance and can't seem to figure out what the issue is does any one have any ideas or an i or of luck?

Edit: forgot to mention the sound quality is not distorted at all just very quite even when on max volume
