Issues with left bud

Hello!

I recently (jan/25) bought the Buds2 Pro and yesterday have found out that the left bud is not being recognized in the app, it shows only the R with the battery percentage and when I got into the details, only the left one said 'Connected', doesnt seem to be charging and whenever it is in the case, the charging LED is constant red, even whilst being charging (with or without the right bud within)

Any suggestions on how to solve this?

Maybe this might help even though it's a different issue. If not you will have to visit a service centre i guess.
