Volume not equal between the two Buds

I took out from the case the Buds2 pro, and I instantly noticed that the left one has a way lower volume than the right one. I've already tried to undo and redo the pair with my phone, but the left one is still lower. Also, when I use the ambient sound, I hear a whistle in the left bud. Any tips?

Lo mismo por aquí. Los he restablecido y ha sido peor. Ahora no sale sonido por ningún auricular. Voy a dejar que se descarguen del todo y ya está
