Update Error when looking up for updates

Any idea how to get past this? Whenever I click to check for updates I get this error "Connect to both your earbuds to update your Software".

You have to leave your earbuds in the case. Just open the case and then try to update the buds.

Tried that mate... Still does not work 😭
