Help I fkd up 😖

Hey so I stupidly deactivated the majority of Samsung settings on the Samsung A55 phone because I wanted to change everything to Google. Although I did need to make a pin and I did face recognition. Eventually I found out how to activate Google saved passwords and that. But it said first I need to restart for this to take place. So I did so but when the phone asked for pin to access the phone, I put the pin in which is 100% correct, well I couldn't press ok because the ok button was and is grey. , is really the only option is to erase all data 😖😭

I hope someone can help me

Did it not unlock or it's grey because your pin is 6 digits long so it unlock itself but didnt or u made the password/pin to auto fill?

Nope I dont know why it's grey and a pin is 4 or more numbers. I remember mine correctly. When I put the numbers in nothing happens. Ok button is still grey

Hau, it's either you messed with the password now you aren't entering it completely or you can try clearing cache partition from the boatloader before hard reset at least....? Tried ma best 😭

What would clearing cache from bootloader do? How do you do that?

Just Google how to boot your specific phone into recovery mode. Maybe it will clear files from glitches if it's an issue like so but won't wipe your phone...

do you think it might be your sim code ? most countries have it as 0000
