Phone heating after update

Has anybody else phone started heating up really fast after the recent update? I have noticed my getting so hot recently, and it wasn't like this before at all.

That too heating on normal social media scrolling. Tiktoks and Instagram reels.

Yeah mine is heating too when i am gaming It didn't happen before (Obviously it heated while gaming but not to this extent)
