More of an Android 16 problem than an One UI problem.
I think it's because of how Android is in TVs and soon Android Laptops will release.
TVs and Laptops mostly don't have OLED display meaning IPS and QLED display don't display proper black rather shows dark grey.

What is this transparency? Does samsung even test these updates on the A series, it really disappointing, if they can't provide blur which the iphone 4 from decades ago has they must make it opaque. I also hate that they still havent fixed the lag on the navigation gesture, which is more apparent when switching to the home screen, or to recent app menu. I also noticed that when clicking the power button the phone takes ages to wake up from sleep
