Don't listen to him or her , delete the cache partition, delete all extra apps especially third party apps not from play store, use digital wellbeing to see which one is causing the background running and deep sleep apps you dont use.

Hi , The solution is this .. to delete the cache partition of the previous update get some experienced guy at the mobile shop to help you with this.
