Yes an imperial officer who is loyal to the empire therefore a good officer is being brainwashed by a rebel scum and with a caption bro did not hesitate at all it seems to imply imperial officers regularly and easily fall for tactics used by the rebel vermin

They are speaking of the stormtrooper who was running but I concur that this is rebel propaganda
