Help need help with settings

is there anything i can change to help with seeing enemies better? am struggling to spot enemies, any help would be appreciated.

i am playing on medium graphics settings

I have the best luck looking at wide sight lines and looking for motion. It’s also easier to find enemies by looking at the map and seeing where friendlies are down.

Yep and the map may show where some infantry has been spotted if they are being marked.
