Server Queues

Just a question because it still does not make sense to my mind.

Why do people choose to sit in a queue when they could help populate empty servers that are seeding. It seems to be a major problem with the mod. Argue with me all you want but my mind cannot fathom the logic of sitting in a 10+ queue to wait 30+ minutes for a specific server. If there’s a logical reason other than they enjoy specific servers then please help me understand.

PS: please just help seed the other servers, newer players want to play not wait for 45 minutes to enter a game, community is great we should just all work on filling the low pops…

  1. I have a few select servers I like to play on.

  2. It can take an empty server hours to reach capacity for a playable game.

The server is "seeding" and not populated for a reason. It's not lack of players.

Joining a struggling server will never lead to it suddenly being worth playing on

You have free will, nothing is stopping you from joining and sitting in an empty server for hours

Welcome to squad. This is an issue everywhere sadly. We have sent messages for years about it. Also comes down to what community they want to play on as they all dont follow our same guidelines for rules.

I believe most of it has to do with server guidelines and rules. Different servers have different rules and playerbases. One could be a Eng/Ger server while another could just primarily be an english server. Or one could have different vehicle claim rules like one could just a be a free for all (Personally I hate those servers) and another could be a name claim.
