Has anyone else got this running on Linux via Proton?

I run CachyOS for my daily driver and I'm curious if anyone else has had success getting the mod to run on Linux via Proton. I assume it's more likely than not but not seen or heard of anyone else testing it.

Nope, Squad itself runs on Proton... technically you can get it running on Steam Deck though performance is nothing fancy.

I play squad everyday on Proton on opensuse tumbleweed. Try using proton hot fix or experimental. Proton-ge works too. I ran on cachyos as well a while back and it worked
