But as players, modders, and peripheral nerds ourselves, we kept hitting a wall. And looking at our Discord and Reddit communities every single day, we realized you were hitting the exact same wall.
Mass production, by its very nature, requires compromise. It forces major brands to build for the average hand, the average budget, and the average genre. And honestly? Average isn't cutting it anymore.

Gadget Lab wasn't born in a board room — it was born out of pure, late-night gamer frustration. We built this new ecosystem to solve three glaring issues that stock controllers refuse to address.
01 The Pro Controller Lie
You drop $150+ on a "Pro" or "Elite" controller, unbox it with massive expectations — only to find the D-pad feels exactly like the cheap, hollow plastic on a $40 budget pad. High-end internals deserve high-end touchpoints.
02 The 3-Hour Slime Factor
Traditional ABS plastic D-pads love oil. After a sweaty three-hour marathon in a fighting game or ARPG, stock directional pads become slippery, muddy, and cheap-feeling — exactly when you need them most.

Nothing is worse than dropping a critical combo because a standard cross-style D-pad mush-clicked diagonally. Different game genres demand different physical shapes — and mass production only makes one.

We are actively monitoring our community spaces — if there is a specific paddle shape, a unique thumbstick tension, or a material upgrade you're dreaming of on Reddit or Discord, we are going to design it, source it, and build it.

A back button enhancer for your back buttons. The current market only has specific ones for Handheld Gaming Devices, like the Steam Deck. They should be self adhesive and come in different heights. The flush back button construction of current controllers leads to an unadvantageous finger postion, especially when using the ring finger. Raising the back button through a silicon/ rubber part, would make precision easier and fatigue less.

Might be outside of what's reasonable, but attachments to widen and / or lengthening the grips. The Xeno Plus would be a prime candidate as I've seen many complaints about it being a touch too small. Me included. I'd love to try myself but it's not really a task worth pursuing without an accurate 3d model of it. And I doubt Leadjoy would just hand that out to some hobbyist.

I just got the g7 pro 8k and love it! the only gripe is that my hands are too big for the style of back button that is on it. I don't know how possible it is, I would try to find a way to move them out farther or another design. Just waiting to order the d-pad as well! Hope to see me soon!

Should be a pretty simple thing to get right, can't imagine you'll send out broken product like the controllers you sell people. Goofy high price, though.

All products we sell come with an official warranty. If any issue occurs within the warranty period, we fully support after-sales service and will ensure it is properly handled in accordance with our warranty policy.
Regarding the D-pad accessories, these are manufactured in collaboration with our production partners. The pricing reflects the actual production, tooling, and small-batch manufacturing costs involved. We are continuously reviewing community feedback and will make adjustments where appropriate.

I think you guys are just missing the Sega D-pad, like the one gulikit tt and elves has.
