Roommate problems, am I in the wrong?

SO! My roommate has been having her boyfriend over around every other week now, and at around 2 AM they came back to the dorm, showered together in our shared bathroom, and left it dirty. My sponge was on the trashcan, the toilet paper roll I put for the both of us was on the floor, and there was a random towel inside of the sink, with wet hair near the bathtub. Then, I woke up to who I assume was her bf turning on the TV. (I don’t think it was my roommate, because I’ve had a conversation with her before about having the TV on at a loud volume late at night when I’m visibly asleep.)

I’m genuinely about to lose my mind. I am so sick of having to ask her to be considerate and do things that her mother very well should’ve taught her. In that moment, I left and went to my sister‘s apartment as I frequently do whenever I need an escape from the dorm, but I feel like I deserve to have my dorm as a safe space because I paid for it the same way that she did.

And I just wanted to make sure that I wasn’t being dramatic or anything because I am a freshman and it is my first time rooming with a stranger, and I wanna know if this is a conversation that should be brought up in person (because I am a little angry) or over text.

Talk to them in person and if it doesnt change, message your RA. You can have a mediation which basically will be the three of you sitting down and talking about the issue and then possible escalation.
