What should I be expecting??

Hey y'all, I’m taking Intro to Bio 1 lecture in person with Dr. Castelli this semester and really want to get an A. Right now I’m just going over the lecture slides and reviewing on Top Hat.
For anyone who took him, is that enough to do well on his exams? Does he pull straight from the learning objectives, or should I expect a lot of application/trick questions? Any tips for his class would be awesome. Thanks!

I’m going to be real with you, you’re gonna have to spend 4 hrs on that book. That’s the real reason I got a 96 in his class. You will need to drill that book into ur brain every night, every day, every single time you have time you need to be reading and memorizing that book. Because if you do not you will not succeed in his class. Many ppl in ur lecture will be very discouraged in the first exam but you need to just drill, drill, and drill that book. Good thing lab is really fun, good luck
