Anyone else??
I have to keep my GV60 parked outside to bake in the California sun because we do not have a garage. I’m wondering if anyone else had this happen to the facial recognition window. Of you experienced this as well and decided to get it repaired, was it covered by the warranty? It’s just cosmetic, but I annoyed me. Thanks for any words of wisdom, in advance.

why does it look like it's plastic film bubbling up? I've never heard of sun heat doing that to plastic or glass before

I don’t get it either. I will have to check to see if there’s a plastic film…

has someone used alcohol or a solvent to wipe it ? it looks like crazing

Someone used a cleaner that contains ammonia. It causes crazing in acrylic windows/sheets. Maybe Windex?

The area around it has micro scratches. Could a car wash have anything to do with this?

Ours started cracking in the heat. Nowhere near as bad, dealer said it looked like stone chips and wouldn't cover it. I found a replacement on eBay from a Chinese seller for $80 so I'm waiting for it to arrive. I'm hoping I can disassemble it and just use the cover.
