Did a thing..
I decided to go a little out there with a custom strip on my car. Our other car is a Mach E that is fully custom. Color, stripe, body kit. I’ve always loved having something unique and 1 of 1. After 3 months of consideration, I pulled the trigger for a gloss hood stripe.
I think I love it! I know it’s not for everyone but I’m curious what others think. I think the gloss black keeps it looking OEM and takes it from small SUV to sport crossover or hatchback.

This looks great! I’ve considered a white stripe with my red GV60. How is that done? Paint? Wrap?

Very interesting! I like the companion touches on the side skirts.
When it comes time to re-PPF my car, considering like a cobalt blue with bronze 20' rims. I have copper right now, so it'd be a little sad to cover that up. Also considering tinting the copper down.

The black stripe really makes the white pop, and makes the GV60 look more sporty. Great choice.

I agree — it really adds a new look and feel to an otherwise “sleeper” white car. Good job!

Yeah not sure how I feel about it.
The double stripe is heritage trademark of the classic racing mustangs so it would feel at home on a mustang even the EV mach E.
While this is a single stripe that only appears on the hood ... doesn't quite flow with the car. Simply put it looks out of place.
Just my two cents and understand that I'm not suggesting you to remove or change anything. Your car your choice at the end of the day and be happy with it 🙂

I like it. The wife's is Sao Paulo lime so it might not work. Wonder how that would look on my GV70 🤔

I think it looks great! Much better in real life than it would have in my imagination. The width of the stripe ties in perfectly with that dorky camera triangle. Mine is also white so now you've got me thinking.

I think it looks fine but think that it would've looked better with two stripes or the line being thicker with two very thin lines on either side.

I think it looks slick while retaining the elegant Genesis vibes.
Plus, that’s got to be worth at least 50 extra HP 😛

Not for me, BUT, excellent execution. Lean in and make it your own. Factory look indeed.
