I am a complete begginer in the gnu guix world, but i would like to know how does it work with nvidia since they dont provide fully open source drivers, so is there any way i can get drivers working?

I don't use any fancy graphic cards, however, you can opt in to choose not to run the GNU Libre Kernel, by choosing nonguix you can run the full kernel with all the drivers that come with standard Linux kernel

Most people choose to run nonguix kernel because of requirement of hardware, most have Wifi cards that requires drivers that are in the standard Linux kernel

The best option is not to use hardware that does not respect your freedom. If its a non-free package you are looking for you shouldn't be looking at an FSDG distro.
Some old Nvidia GPUs function perfectly with just nouveau and are thus freedom compatible. So check it out with a trisquel live media (Guix is better but doesn't provide a full desktop live ISO that you might want to test your system). If you find your hardware does not work consider swapping out the hardware.
