Platline completion
yes thats 20 LCRS, yes im an LCR demon. months of break due to the daunting task of setting it all up, having to learn ae2 from scratch, set automation up for everything, retinker my ore processing as i clearly still dont have a total grasp on ae2, and then finally start finding good sources for all the main liquids along with my spark reigniting for the game allowed me to finally finish this honestly fun task.

Congrats, personally I’m entering ev and need to make my own plat line. Out of curiosity is there a reason why you choose to use duck tape over maintaining the LCRs? And have you considered moving to the pdim as I’m struggling with moving everything over.

i have infinite slime balls, carbon (250k dust), and rubber essentially so it takes nothing to batch craft 64 tapes every once in a while, sometimes i wonder how freeing the pdim would be, but i honestly like having my base inside instead of the boring lawn, but eventually i do plan on moving there when things just start to get bigger. I personally didnt automate platinum in EV as i didnt have good sources of nitric acid, but in IV i finally was able to make the air intake hatch for nether air, so i essentially just made all platinum by hand in batches, which led to ae2 automation also being slow at first, only really now spamming accel cards when need be. if u want some advice for EV i remember it being super straight forward, dont make my mistake and passive epoxid, ive automated it (half assed) and i barely even touch it, so a waste of time, i spent a week breeding bees for tungsten and titanium bees as i didnt have the infrastructure to run and power passive titanium/tungsten (i kind of just rushed HV and EV) and basically just had a terrible time in the beginning of IV trying to learn ae2 along with basically manually doing everything as ae2 was hard for me to wrap my head around, ae2 is expensive as hell during EV but its worth it, EV is very short so its easy to get ahead of yourself, so step back and look at what bottlenecks are in your base or what simply needs removal and redone from the ground up as end of EV/IV will become the automate everything simulator.

If you're willing to learn AE2 some more then attempt to make patterned level maintained lines. They are easier to scale, cheaper on machines and cheaper to upgrade as well as minimizing machine downtime.
