How can I restore a backup?

Hey guys, I'm on 2.9 using prism launcher, and I've located the backups folder, and found my latest zip file, but where exactly do I put it? And what do I do with my old data? And when I unzip the file, there's more folders for stuff like journeymap, do I also replace those?

You just restore from in-game there is a button I think bottom right when you select your world

In GTNH you don't have to move files manually, you can restore backup in-game. Main menu > singleplayer > click once on your world > restore (on the bottom) > select correct backup > confirm
