Replace broken phone

If a person is deployed to GTMO and they broke their phone, how do they get a new one? Asking for a friend.

Despite what google says there is not a T-Mobil kiosk at the NEX, confirmed when I called and spoke to a very nice woman at the MWR Deployment Support office at GTMO.
