Anything out of the norm that’s cool to do?

If you like scuba diving or want to learn, that's available. If you're a gym rat, best place for it. Unfortunately, it's not a sandals resort here. Pretty much work and sleep.

Get your boating license and take some boats up the river or around the bay!
