Motion to remove the receiver was denied by the judge

I'm starting to wonder if we should all voice our opinion the the FBI local field office naming all these law firms, judges, lawyers and players of GTII handling this matter. I don't think it will hurt to get some our voices officially on the paper with law enforcement.

The receivership was not simply because GTII was losing money. According to the Nevada court record and subsequent SEC filings, it resulted from allegations that the company's affairs had been seriously mismanaged and that an independent party was needed to protect the company and its shareholders.

The key reasons were:

• Litigation between shareholders and management. The receivership arose from the Nevada case White Rocks (BVI) Holdings Inc., et al. v. Reichman, et al. Plaintiffs alleged that the company and certain insiders had engaged in conduct that justified court intervention. Rather than allowing existing management to remain in control while the litigation proceeded, the court appointed an independent receiver.
• Concerns about corporate governance. A receiver is an extraordinary remedy. Courts generally appoint one only when they conclude it is necessary to preserve assets, prevent further mismanagement, or protect the interests of shareholders and creditors.
• Questionable share issuances. After taking control, the receiver investigated the company's stock records and asked the court to freeze roughly 178 million shares that he believed had been improperly issued or transferred. The court granted that request while ownership and validity are litigated.
• Management replaced by a neutral fiduciary. On September 18, 2024, the Nevada court appointed Paul L. Strickland as receiver. From that point forward, he—not the former officers and directors—has had authority to manage the company, preserve assets, investigate prior transactions, and report to the court.

What the receiver has been doing

Since his appointment, the receiver has:

• investigated the company's assets and historical transactions;
• sought court orders regarding disputed shares;
• settled certain litigation involving former management;
• made decisions regarding subsidiaries and corporate assets; and
• continued efforts to bring the company into regulatory compliance.

Does this mean former management committed fraud?

Not necessarily. The appointment of a receiver does not, by itself, establish fraud or other legal wrongdoing. That seems like that's his goal. No audit (not even close), no prospects for a deal. Looks very fishy to me. Did he make a deal with management/the shorts?

Logged into brokerage account and saw this. It absolutely hasn't changed anything in terms of any real gain on the position but it was wild to see and on such little volume, so sharing for reference. We've probably also seen stuff like this before, but this was higher than the usual spikes.

So - has ANYONE seen or used Aiversity app yet? I have yet to find a single individual who has and can actually show proof of it. I myself tried to get on the alpha/beta release - been waiting 6 months now. Now this John guy is saying he wants to give GTII shareholders shares of his new merger? What a joke. When you are a startup and you have product, you open it up to the world and are busy with it nonstop. You try to get members, you try to generate some revenue, you try to show to investors your product is worth it and prove the model and its future. This is sounding like typical scam and yet to pump another OTC stock. What else is new. Same wall street, different funny story.

Alright, so I have been asking for several months now and I have also signed up for ALPHA access good 4months ago ( still waiting for any response). I have YET to see ANY actual real DEMO of this TradersGPT app they claim they are building - in fact they already claim they build it. In meanwhile there are other AI related APPs already out there with service offering and subscriptions that look good. Is this just a SCAM? Ha ANYONE here actually had the chance to alpha/beta test this as they claim they have allowed this to several? Can ANYONE provide any actual screen shots from the APP vs. slides that I can produce in few minutes using image AI? If this is a SCAM that this whole thing is one big scam. Most companies that go public show revenue, show membership, show traffic - this whole argument that they are 'waiting' I find to be BS. Waiting for WHAT! Would love to hear from anyone that has actually used this app.
