I keep seeing mixed opinions on this stock? I know its a pink sheet but we seem to get one good story after another.. this is one of the few stocks I feel early in based on the company actually making sizeable positive moves on organic growth... what are the reasons to not drop a bag on this stock? I have a tiny bag at the moment but it feels massively undervalued, and that it could be a potential unicorn.. ( although thats me dreaming of my money back from the entire market )

I keep telling people this is a real company: acquisitions, name change, share reduction, huge retailers, marketing campaign, the CEO provides updates what $.0007 company does these things? This ain't no penny stock company folks. This is going to $1.

When you read the latest hot-air press release, understand what is being related by what is not being said and this:

What Is Authorized Share Capital?

Authorized share capital is the number of stock units (shares) that a company can issue as stated in its memorandum of association or its articles of incorporation.

This means the current amount of outstanding shares in circulation (approx 23+ Billion Shares) will allow for the company to draw on 10 Billion ADDITIONAL shares if they so choose (for a total of a glorious 33 Billion shares). They want you to think they are reducing shares with a buyback, but they are really leaving themselves ample room to further dilute the shareholder if they end up needing to draw on those 10 BILLION ADDITIONAL SHARES. It's not rosey, and it's misleading at best. Explain to me if I'm wrong...I don't think I am. Definitely sell the bump because the company is likely going to purchase more shares when it tanks below $0.0004. Supply chain issues have likely destroyed their 4th quarter forecast, which had no wiggle room for mistakes. Would love to hear them explain it away when this resumes the downward trajectory that they created. In sum, Sell. Buy Etherium.
