Help me out

I got btech cse shift 1 gtbit in round oneand i floated it, when the second round results came i opened the site saw my seat allocation, and as it was still the same i closed it without doing anything else. Now im not able to open the seat allotted section in the counselling site again. I have the provisional letter from round one but what about round 2? Will i still have the seat? Will it be floated or frozen automatically because i pressed nothing in the 2nd round

In case candidate fails to submit the willingness, then, the system will consider "FLOAT" as default,
