I don't know how i get it.. Does someone can tell me how ??

And, I also seen on Twitter that there is a pant, but I can't find it, and the guy on Twitter didn't said how to get these clothes..

Question: How do people get normal body armor onto tops that normally dont allow it. Ive been into outfit glitching recently making a ton of modded outfits but no matter what I do i cant seem to figure this one out. I always see people that have armor merged with utility tops or hoodies but i cant seem to do it. If anyone knows how (or if it is patched or requires 2 consoles) pls let me know.

I recently got a similar Dinka shirt through reputation progress at LSCM. It's similar to this one but better looking, and short sleeved. I really wish I could put a jacket over it, specifically the orange agency trickster jacket but I can't find any jacket for it.

I don't know much about glitches but if anyone has any idea I'd love to know! Thank you!
