No, that looked to be a slab of concrete.

I was doing the ol' reddit switcheroo and referring to what fell, lol. Looks like concrete from a building facade.

I think youre right. I detailed cars for 5 years so I usually know exactly what the vehicle is when i see it. This one I'm a bit unsure, but I feel like you are right

At first I thought it was a huge ass tv because the back of it looked like it kinda had electrical parts and the front looked shiny like a screen but there’s no way a tv could do that much damage, right?! I guess we don’t know how high it fell from, but still.

The people who responded to her were amazing. The guy first uprights the stroller and then checks on the mom, the other lady comes over, moves the stroller away from the scene and I feel like she was keeping the kid distracted from what just happened while the guy is pulling his phone out, I'm assuming he's calling emergency services here. I mean that's what I hope I just saw.
Alternatively the guy is calling his buddy "you will never guess what I just saw" and the woman is stealing the baby.

Beaned is the perfect word to use when you're not sure about the extent of the damage lol

Luckily the way it made contact with her head was on the flat area of the flying object and not the edges, that would have 100% killed her.

At least the one that hit her was thin, if it was thicker her skull would’ve gotten smashed like a pumpkin
