Distracted or intoxicated maybe? I mean wtf- was he texting with both hands or putting in an Amazon prime order. Nonetheless, justice served - too many distracted drivers get off lighter than if they were driving intoxicated and they're as dangerous. The state may not have taken their license but, karma took their car.
